Benefits in a Card offers Minimum Essential Coverage (also called MEC plans) to all types of manufacturing companies in the USA. The MEC is a wellness-preventive plan that satisfies the A Portion (or “A Tax”) of your employer mandate, while also satisfying the employee’s individual mandate. The MEC will also satisfy the B Portion if the employee accepts your offer of Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC).

Minimum Value Plan (High Deductible)

Benefits in a Card offers a major medical insurance solution for manufacturing companies in the form of our Minimum Value Plan (MVP) High Deductible (hd) insurance plan. The MVP (hd) satisfies the A and B-portions of the employer mandate, in addition to the individual mandate. However, this plan does carry a high employee deductible.
